Paluma hosts a variety of events each year featuring music, arts, sport and local history. These include weekly History Displays and annual events such as the Bush Dance, Paluma Push and Ephemera in the Mist.

We also welcome expressions of interest from anyone wishing to host an event up in the mist. Event venues available for booking include the Community Hall, the Paluma Environmental Education Centre, and Gumburu Catholic Education Centre.  See the links for more information.

Paluma Community Market, Sunday 25th June

The Paluma Community Market will be held on Sunday 25th June at the Community Hall from 9 am to 1 pm. Come along to browse and buy from the various stalls selling locally made arts and crafts, jewellery, fruit and veggies, plants and other wares. The PDCA will run the Sausage Sizzle.

Paluma Rural Fire Brigade – Public Meeting and AGM

The Paluma Sunday Markets are held 3-4 times a year in the Paluma Community Hall.  Come and browse through a range of plants, fabrics, food and souvenirs.  Sausages sizzle and drinks also available.

Paluma Annual Garden Competition

The annual Paluma Garden Competition will be held in the month of October.  Competition judges from Bunnings will be escorted by a member of the PDCA executive committee around gardens of Paluma residents and businesses including the blocks along and adjacent to Hussey Road.
