You can find ferns virtually everywhere in the Rainforest. They grow on the ground, on rocks and logs, along roadsides and up tree trunks and on even the highest branches of trees. Many such as the Bird’s Nest Ferns and Tree Ferns are easy to recognise while others can require a bit more time and attention. However with a bit of practice you can familiarise yourself with over a dozen.
